Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Conditions
    We accept return requests under the following conditions:
  • Returns are allowed within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise stated).
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with labels intact.
  • If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, please provide relevant photos as proof.
  1. Non-returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned:
  • Items that have been used or damaged (except for quality issues).
  • Sale items, custom products, and personalized items (unless there is a quality issue).
  1. Return Process
  • Requesting a Return: Please contact our customer service team via email at support@kicksguys.com and provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Confirmation: We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your return request.
  • Return Address: Upon confirmation, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions for returning the item.
  • Returning the Item: Please return the item within 15 days of receiving confirmation and provide the tracking number for your return shipment.
  1. Return Shipping Fees
  • If the return is due to a quality issue or an incorrect item shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind) and the order was not canceled, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
  1. Restocking Fee
    We do not charge any restocking fees.

  2. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your return is approved. If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and release the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact our customer service team at support@kicksguys.com.

  3. Order Cancellations
    We accept order cancellation requests as follows:

  • Cancellation Time: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of payment.
  • How to Cancel: Please contact customer service via email or phone (support@kicksguys.com) to submit a cancellation request and provide your order number.
  • Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may follow the return process after receiving the item.
